From March 4 to 6, 2026, the ALERT project took part in PIAZZA MECH, the thematic and multifunctional area promoted by Clust-ER MECH as part of the MECSPE trade fair.

Technological Innovation for Aerospace: Materials, Testing and Digital Twin
An initiative dedicated to the evolution of enabling technologies for the aerospace sector, serving as a meeting point between industrial research, experimental development, and highly complex engineering applications. Through the presentation of research projects, concrete solutions were showcased to address the main challenges in aerospace engineering and aircraft development.
Alongside ALERT, the following projects were also presented:
– Space-LAB – Design, Implementation, and Validation of Test Systems for Strategic and Advanced Environmental Testing in the Aerospace Sector.
– LA2COM – LAboratory of Lightweight Aircrafts COndition Monitoring: integration of multimodal experimental data fusion and digital twin simulations
– HEATBETA – Design and Fabrication of a Turbine Blade for Elevated Temperature Applications made by a Laser Engineered Net Shaping Technique Manufactured High Entropy Alloy
